Is it a special Kite?
Is it perhaps one of the kites that Cody used for his voyage across the Channel or was he simply forgotten when the kites were all given away to make clothes for the needy. Silk and linen were in short supply at the time. 
 

It is about a 2 foot Cody made of silk.
